What does the service Include?

Can I view the apartment before booking?
Of course, you have the opportunity to view the apartment before booking. Contact us by phone or e-mail to arrange an individual viewing appointment.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit corresponds to one month’s rent, including all service and additional costs. All prices listed on our website already include service and additional costs.
What are the check-in / check-out times?
Regular check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Thanks to our key box, you can also arrive at a later time. Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. If you would like to check in early or check out late, please contact us in advance so that we can check availability.
How can I renew the contract
Should you wish to renew your contract, we kindly request that you inform us or confirm this briefly in writing via email. All our tenants benefit from the option to renew their rental agreement up to two weeks before the original tenancy expires. You may renew the rental agreement 30 days prior to its expiry and after consulting with us. This is possible depending on availability.
How Can I Terminate the Contract?
If you do not wish to renew your contract, it will automatically terminate at the time of expiry of your lease. Thank you for letting us know about your check-out date in good time.
