All our apartments are located in traffic-calmed yet central locations in the heart of Zurich, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. This means you have everything you need for everyday life right on your doorstep.

Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle, as well as frying pans, pots, crockery, glasses, cutlery, chopping boards and kitchen knives.

The fitness room is available to you at all times and offers modern equipment for cardio and strength training.
Practical essentials such as a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer are provided in the apartment. Depending on the apartment, a washing machine is available either in the apartment or in the building.
Our tenancy agreements are open-ended and offer you a fair notice period. Move-in is possible at any time, subject to apartment availability.

What types of apartments do you offer?
We offer a range of apartments – from studios to 3.5-room apartments. Our apartments are furnished and fully equipped, and are located in popular Zurich neighbourhoods such as Wiedikon and Seefeld.
What furnishings do the furnished apartments include?
Our furnished apartments offer everything for comfortable living:
- Fully furnished living spaces
- Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle, as well as pans, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cutting boards and kitchen knives)
- High-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV
- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment or in the building
- Hairdryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner
- Fitness room in the building
Optional extras: On request and subject to availability, we are happy to arrange additional equipment such as a high chair or a cot for an extra charge. We are also happy to help you organise a parking space near your apartment.
Can the apartment be viewed in advance?
Of course you have the option to view our apartments before signing the tenancy agreement. We are happy to arrange an individual viewing appointment. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email to arrange one.
For how long can the apartments be rented?
Our apartments are rented with an open-ended tenancy agreement and a fair notice period – so you stay flexible.

How quickly can I move into the apartment?
Depending on availability, you can move in at short notice. Just contact us – we’re happy to check the availability of your desired apartment.
How can I rent an apartment?
If you are interested in one of our furnished apartments, feel free to contact us by phone, via our inquiry form, or by email. We will inform you about currently available apartments, discuss your requirements, and support you throughout the entire rental process, including registration with the residents’ registration office.
How can I terminate my tenancy agreement?
You can terminate your open-ended tenancy agreement at any time, subject to the notice period. Termination must be submitted in writing by email to info@aas-ag.ch or by post.
